Managing Staff
Staff members are tracked similarly to students but without certification hour requirements. Staff can clock in and out on the kiosk, and their hours appear in the Payroll report.
Viewing Staff
Click Staff in the sidebar. The staff list shows:
ID
Staff number
Staff Member
Full name
Role
Their role at the school (Instructor, Admin, etc.)
Prev Month
Total hours from the previous month
This Month
Hours so far this month
Total Hours
All-time cumulative hours
A summary card at the top shows total staff hours for the current month.
Filters: Active (default), Inactive, or All.
Adding Staff
Click Add Staff (top right on the Staff page)
Enter First Name, Last Name
Click Save
Editing Staff
Click the Edit button on a staff member's row. You can change:
Name
Active/Inactive status
Viewing Staff Punches
Click the Punches button on a staff member's row to see their punch history. Works the same as student punches — date filtering, day cards, IN/OUT times.
Staff punches show Total, This Month, and Prev Month hours (no Expected or Pace, since staff don't have hour requirements).
Registering a Fob for Staff
Click Register Fob on the staff member's row. The process is the same as for students — see the Registering NFC Fobs guide.
